1. ONCE UPON A BEGINNING 64

Crying out, the wisdom of the tales are always true
Another fable told: a deadly story
Deep inside you hear the voice of nature singing true
Can you hear the song? The forest calling

In the night shining rainbows bright
Dancing stars on the silver moon
Once you feel the ancient power you will know your destiny
Listen and hear the nature call

In the ancient wood there's magic all around
Over mountainsides the eagles fly their majesty abound
Mighty lightning strikes, now hear the thunder roar
All the dreams inside your heart will sing forever more
The story begins with true love
Just close your eyes and make a wish
Never cry, believe, and all your dream will come true

Try and hide the fear inside and always stand your ground
Another wasted year of hope and now you’re dying.
Lost in time the legends fade away but never die
What will be the end of your own story

Hear the light of the distant sky
Can you feel all the creatures there
Once upon a truth beginning you will know the end of the tale
Fly, and never stop believing

In the ancient wood there's magic all around
Over mountainsides the eagles fly their majesty abound
Mighty lightning strikes, now hear the thunder roar
All the dreams inside your heart will sing forever more
The story begins with true love
Just close your eyes and make a wish
Never cry, believe, and all your dream will come true

Walk from the shadows, and in time you'll see the light
Powers of hope begin to wash away all your lies
Love and the bonds you have made will see you through the darkest of times
Rise and you'll see the secrets of life

In the ancient wood there's magic all around
Over mountainsides the eagles fly their majesty abound
Mighty lightning strikes, now hear the thunder roar
All the dreams inside your heart will sing forever more
Just wish your star and make it real
The power of hope will set you free
Never cry, believe and all your dreams will come true

2. FABLES AND FOLKLORE 64

Crawling forth from the marsh, out of the dark
A beast of an unknown kind
As word of it spread to the foreign lands
The people were scared for their lives
Warriors armed with brutal strength
And a sense of blinding pride
Forced the beast to its homeland
Where alone it withered and died

All your life was in vain
Who or what is to blame
Fright and fear of an old empire
Lost in the pages of its time
For the blood, for the pride, for the steel

Demons of might, and honor and pride
When all the king's horses and all the king's men
All gather around in the dead of the night
For the king and his kingdom we'll stand up and fight

Facing the dark, we meet our demise at the end
Stand together now
With blood on our hands, we fight for the peace yet again
Night forever now
Marching on we stand together
Fantasy of night forever
When the pain's inside your heart

All your life was in vain
Who or what is to blame
Fright and fear of an old empire
Lost in the pages of its time
For the blood, for the pride, for the steel

Demons of might, and honor and pride
When all the king's horses and all the king's men
All gather around in the dead of the night
For the king and his kingdom we'll stand up and fight

See the hero's rise to power and call for an era of war
So fight for your life or burn in the fires of Hell
A raging dragon's flight for justice ends it all
And now: we look to the great unknown

All your life was in vain
Who or what is to blame
Fright and fear of an old dead king
Lost in the pages of his time
For the blood, for the pride, for the steel

Demons of might, and honor and pride
When all the king's horses and all the king's men
All gather around in the dead of the night
For the king and his kingdom we'll stand up and fight

3. SPACE PIRATES FROM THE BOOMERANG NEBULA 64

Dark stormy sky, as they came down from the stars
Broadside they fly, their ship in the night

The Captain, his orders: invade and cross their borders
A child, an orphan, was left to die but there he stood
with the fire of life in his eyes in a world too cruel

With courage in our hearts
Around the sun and stars, a fortune will be ours
Across a sea of space
To light years far away, into the great beyond
What troubles you cap'n
Aye, you be pale as a ghost
Oh, the universe is dark and cold and cruel
To ancient planets of old
To claim a treasure untold
He said Trust in me, for eternity
And your destiny, will be laid out in gold
Without a captain's command
He died with a sword in his hand
Will we place our lives in the hands of this boy
The captain is dead, who's gonna lead
What will we do, what of the boy

The Captain, his orders: invade and cross their borders
A child, an orphan, was left to die but there he stood
with the fire of life in his eyes in a world too cruel

With courage in our hearts
Around the sun and stars, a fortune will be ours
Across a sea of space
To light years far away, into the great beyond

Ooh ee ooh, we’re the terror of the stars
Yo ho ho, never will we see our home
Never will we, we’re the terror of the
Never will we, we’re the terror of the stars

The Captain, his orders: invade and cross their borders
A child, an orphan, was left to die but there he stood
with the fire of life in his eyes in a world too cruel

He found his way back home
He gave his heart and soul
He overcame his fate

With courage in our hearts
Around the sun and stars, a fortune will be ours
Across a sea of space
To light years far away, into the great beyond

A pirate's life is full adventure
Singing and dancing and having loads of fun
Playing with swords and finding buried treasure
Walking the planking and drinking bottles of rum

4. DISTANT SHORES 64

Come gather 'round and listen to the tale
As the waves fall on the shore
Here in the dark as we sit fireside
As we make our journey home

Ages pass and heroes die
But our hearts will stay ever strong
Years of hope, Beast of night
Fables and folklore are coming to life

As we sail overseas
To old distant shores
Through waters vast
Dreaming of more
Visions of those we loved long ago
Cold are the waters we once used to know

And as the clouds gave way on the final night
The harvest moon shone brightly
On the calm ocean surface
Worn and weary, they peered across
To the shores of their homelands
In the waters they once used to know

Listen to the wind as it blows through the trees
Bearing the shadows of my memories
See the sun rise
As it breaks through the clouds
All on our long journey home

Ages pass and heroes die
But our hearts will stay ever strong
Orphaned child, stormy skies
Fables and folklore are coming to life

As we sail overseas
To old distant shores
Through waters vast
Dreaming of more
Visions of those we loved long ago
Cold are the waters we once used to know
